Region and product type
This policy applies to distance sales of food supplements fulfilled for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area unless mandatory local law requires a different rule. Sealed food supplements may be excluded from withdrawal once opened where hygiene or health protection applies.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to conditions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Condition of returned items
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may refuse a refund if goods are damaged through misuse or if mandatory information on the label has been removed.
How to request a return
Contact us using the identifiers in the website footer with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and any return authorisation reference.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by you unless we delivered a wrong or defective item.
Defective goods
If an item is defective, you may have statutory rights in addition to this policy. Please provide photographs where they help us assess the issue.
